Great affordable option which was located very near blue line which was helpful for getting to both the city centre and Stade de France. Check in was very quick which was great as we were in a huge rush at the time. No bedbugs aswell 🙏😃👍

all staff were bilingual and the rooms with the terrace were beautiful! Also, the maid service was impeccable! They're like cleaning fairies - so thoughtful and detailed!

Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly on arrival. Our initial rooms given were close together as requested but when we asked if we could have adjoining rooms this was quickly provided with no issues. Mini-Supermarket was very close which was a bonus and the tube station was not far to walk to. There are free water facilities downstairs to fill up your water bottles which is very convenient.

Location is a bit far from the city center where all the main attractions are located but if you planned a day trip out, it works. The area has good choices of restaurants and bakeries. A couple of supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment.

Saint-Ouen has a nice antique market, but also a lot of homeless people and people who are selling rubbish. Also when it's dark, you are not feeling very comfortable. It's not a very good neighborhood.

Very friendly and kind staff.
Very friendly and kind staff. They offered to hold my crying baby so I could finish my breakfast. Breakfast was very good and Everything was very clean. However the room was not so clean. Stained curtains and not so clean floor.
Also no space for parking and the nearby parkings were very expensive 2,80 for every hour!

We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces.
We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces. Since we are selling vintage and antiques in Belgium (@finds - vintage and more) we were hoping to score some nice stuff which we could re-sell in Belgium but this was not applicable at all! The prices were WAY too high for everything. We came home empty handed. It was an experience to visit the Puces but don't go there if you're hoping to buy cheap stuff. The city is also dirty and the Puces themselves were really chaotic and in some areas we had a bad feeling walking around. I had imagined it as a nice place to walk around but it felt you were in the suburbs. We stayed 2 days (one night) and the second day we went to visit a part of Paris and walked till there by foot? The Puces are for example half an hour walk from the Sacre Coeur. All and all it was ok for once and one day but we're probably not going back.

It is a place that kept on giving like having real chickens on the roof
a large outdoor area that the kids could run around in away from the parents and other guests We felt that we were the oldest there but the staff we A1 very helpful nothing was to much trouble. Enjoyed the food but would have liked a bigger selection. We were lucky enough to have a shared balcony where we enjoyed a drink or a cup of tea at the end of the day. Secure car park

Very nice stuff, room is clean and comfortable. breakfast is also very good for this price.
For us (travelling with baby) it was a very good choice 👍🏼
Location is bit far away from the city centre. But there is Metro (1km) and bus (300m) away from hotel.
Great house to experience Paris. Nice and big with every utility you would need. Extra credits for the nice interior which makes it feel like an authentic Parisian house. It’s in a quite street not to far from the big street where you can find supermarkets and the metro entrance. We really enjoyed going to the bakery nearby for breakfast. Host had a welcome gift and responds quickly and friendly to all requests.
The apartment has all necessary facilities for long stay. Metro stations 13 and 14 are nearby, just 3 minutes walking distance from the property. The owner was very helpful and provided very detailed information for everything related to his apartment. The TV had subscriptions to video on demand and the internet was good. A very nice place for budget stay in Paris.
We really enjoyed this hotel. We had the suite for 3 persons. The room was spacious, well designed and comfortable. The communal areas were generous and fun. Breakfast was good. Service was friendly. The location next to the Puces de St Ouen was a real bonus. This will be my preferred stayover in Paris from now on.
The bad was very comfortably. We receive the rooms before 15.00, because they were ready.
Even if it's an old hotel, was clean and comfy
The bus/metro station is 7-10 min by foot. A lot of small shops around, open even at 23.00.
In the morning I found great sandwiches near bus/metro station for 4-5 €.
Great location to the Puces de Saint Ouen which was the main purpose for our visit to Paris. Metro was a short walk away, as well as as a few groecery shops and delicious patisseries. The flat was comfortable, quiet, and stocked with everything needed for a long or short stay.
The hotel was value for money. Had all the necessary things we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We did not book the buffet, however, the staff was able to accommodate and make some fresh croissant and also did not charge for the kid.
The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Good location in terms of distance to metro (though as mentioned in other reviews, the line into central Paris does get very busy!) Quirky design and our room was very spacious. Very clean.
Blue collar neighbourhood, but seemed safe enough (as a man). Good stay if you want to feel a "normal" non-touristy paris vibe (as a reality check to the champs elysee...). Good food near the station, supermarket nearby etc.
Considering the price and other places i’ve stayed in Paris, it was extremely pleasant. No hairs like I read in other reviews, clean floors, not too small of a room, and the woman on reception was lovely.
The location was perfect. Within walking distance of the metro which linked to everywhere you needed to go in Paris. Room size, cleanliness and amenities were really good as well. Host was very helpful
Very clean hotel with adequate facilities. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located to a metro station for direct access to the centre of Paris.
Loved the hotel, room was very comfortable and very clean. Great location getting to Stade de France and also into central Paris (good metro connections)
I loved the aesthetic style of the hotel and how comfy the beds were. The staff was lovely and both check in and check-out were very efficient processes.
