The shower does not work properly. The water get stocked and everything is flooded. The WC is literally in the middle of the living room, if you use it, everyone listens / see. The staff was complaining because I left a cookies package on a table and wanted to extra charge me for that as a “cleaning fee” They also acuse me of taking 3 small towels, which we clearly not did.
